Individuals call the Missing Migrant Hotline in hopes that their loved ones can be found. During these phone calls the South Texas Human Rights Center gathers information about the individual and their last known whereabouts in order to prompt local authorities to send out search and rescue teams. We connect families to the proper resources available to them as they work diligently to find their loved ones. It is through this effort that STHRC strengthens the capacities of families to locate their loved ones.
